What's the difference between Free and Basic plans?
The Free plan allows you to learn with public videos, while Basic lets you request analysis of any YouTube video you want and receive AI-analyzed materials.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can request cancellation from the Subscription Management screen. Once canceled, you will not be billed again and you keep Basic features until the period you already paid for ends, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. If you are within 14 days of your payment date and no AI analysis request was completed in that period, you can also cancel immediately with a full refund.
How long does video analysis take?
It depends on video length and server conditions. Requests are processed sequentially and you'll receive a notification when analysis is complete.
